Pregnant women can enjoy venison if it is fully cooked, according to Livestrong. According to the FDA, pregnant women should cook venison to at least 160°F and should not eat any raw or undercooked venison. Undercooked meat could contain harmful bacteria that can cause severe health complications for pregnant women and their babies.
