Pregnant women can enjoy veal if it is fully cooked. According to the FDA, pregnant women should cook veal to at least 145°F with a 3-minute rest time and should not eat any raw or undercooked veal. Undercooked meat could contain harmful bacteria that can cause severe health complications for pregnant women and their babies.
