Safe, But...

Make sure it is fully cooked and free of pollutants!

Fully cooked quail is safe to eat but if it is eaten undercooked during pregnancy, it can cause food poisoning and harm to babies. Livestrong recommends making sure it is fully cooked and raised in pollutant/chemical free conditions. If you cannot obtain this information, keep your baby safe and avoid quail during pregnancy.
