Make sure they are fully cooked!

Pregnant women can enjoy meatballs if they are fully cooked. According to the FDA, pregnant women should cook meatballs made out of beef, veal, pork or lamb to at least 160°F and chicken or turkey to at least 165°F, and should not eat any raw or undercooked meat. Undercooked meat could contain harmful bacteria that can cause severe health complications for pregnant women and their babies.
