Store and reheat properly!

According the FDA, food that is refrigerated after being cooked needs to be reheated to 165º F. Sauces, soups, or gravies should be reheated until boiling. Perishable foods should be stored in a refrigirator or freezer as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours. For air temperatures 90º F or higher,  leftovers should be stored within an hour.
