Pregnant women can enjoy lamb chops if they are fully cooked. According to the FDA, pregnant women should cook lamb chops to at least 145°F with a three-minute rest time and should not eat any raw or undercooked lamb. Undercooked meat could contain harmful bacteria that can cause severe health complications for pregnant women and their babies.
