Pregnant women can enjoy ground turkey if it is fully cooked. According to the FDA, pregnant women should cook ground turkey to at least 165°F and should not eat any raw or undercooked turkey. Undercooked meat could contain harmful bacteria that can cause severe health complications for pregnant women and their babies.
