According to the Baby Center, Goat Cheese without white rind is safe for pregnant women to eat. However, pregnant women should avoid Goat Cheese made from unpasteurized milk. Unpasteurized milk may contain Listeria, a bacteria that can cause miscarriage or can cross the placenta and cause a potentially life-threatening infection to the baby.
