Pregnant women can enjoy chicken nuggets if they are fully cooked. According to the FDA, pregnant women should cook chicken to at least 165°F and should not eat any raw or undercooked chicken. Undercooked meat could contain harmful bacteria that can cause severe health complications for pregnant women and their babies.
