Make sure it is fully cooked!

Pregnant women can enjoy bacon if it is fully cooked and does not contain nitrates or nitrites. According to the FDA, pregnant women should cook pork to at least 160°F and should not eat any raw or undercooked bacon. Livestrong states that bacon should be cooked until it is crispy and red in color and should be inspected for any spots where it was not cooked all the way through.
